Tournament/Camp Refund Policy

All  deposits are an administrative fee that is non-refundable.   Any cancellations made by individual athletes, after the first day of a camp/tournament will forfeit their full tuition.

For full refund must receive in writing by email, or leave a message on voice mail notice of cancellation, 4 weeks before start date of your tournament or camp. No exceptions.
